How long is the early access?
3-6 months, realistically. We’re not rushing it. You’ll know when V1.0 is ready because the bugs will be gone and you’ll have told us it’s ready.
Is my pricing really locked forever?
Yes the pricing for the Niora core platform is locked. We might raise prices to $12k, $15k, even $20k for new customers. You’ll always pay the same. That’s the deal for helping us build this.
What if I need to cancel during early access?
Just email us. That’s it. You’re free the entire time, so there’s literally nothing to cancel.
Do I need developers or IT resources?
No. You forward us your contracts. We set everything up. If something breaks, we fix it. You don’t touch code or APIs or any of that.
How buggy is it during early access?
Honest answer? There will be bugs. Not “your data disappears” bugs, everything is backed up and secure. More like “this button doesn’t work” or “why is this so slow?” bugs.
We only release the stable versions to you. We test internally first. But you’re still getting features before they’re fully polished, because that’s the point, you tell us what needs fixing.
